For: 3rd Grade Girls
SEED is designed to help 3rd-grade girls grow the roots of self-awareness and empathy that help them grow into kind, capable, and emotionally aware leaders. Just like a seed needs time, care, and the right environment to grow, our girls need encouragement and support to bloom into their best selves. This program introduces the early stages of social and emotional learning through storytelling, art, movement, and friendship-building activities that nurture emotional understanding and self-expression. Through fun and reflective activities, girls learn how to recognize emotions, practice empathy, and encourage themselves and others.

By focusing on mental wellness, emotional growth, and connection, S.E.E.D. plants the foundation for lifelong self-love, resilience, and empathy — giving every girl the tools to grow in her school, home, and community.
