For: 8th Grade Girls

LEAD prepares 8th-grade girls for the transition to high school while helping them explore their unique strengths, areas for growth, and future career pathways. This program supports girls in developing leadership skills, building self-awareness, and engaging in educational opportunities that empower them to make informed choices about their academic and personal journey.

During this time, girls participate in Leadership Labs and college and career readiness activities, helping them connect their skills, passions, and goals to real-world opportunities. LEAD teaches that true leadership is about using your voice, understanding yourself, and making empowered decisions that positively impact yourself and your community.
