For: 6th Grade Girls
LIGHT guides 6th-grade girls as they enter a new stage of growth, identity, and independence. Transitioning into middle school brings both excitement and emotional challenges, and this program helps girls recognize and nurture the light within them—their unique blend of confidence, kindness, and inner strength.
Through reflective activities, guided discussions, and social and emotional learning practices, girls begin to discover their unique light, learn to appreciate and love it, and understand that no decision, behavior, or opinion from others should ever dim it. They are encouraged to walk in self-belief and integrity, learning that their light is meant to shine—everywhere they go, even when others may not yet see it.
LIGHT empowers girls to lead with empathy, grow through challenges, heal from self-doubt, lean into their light, and trust in themselves.
