For: 7th Grade Girls

​PURPOSE helps 7th-grade girls step confidently into leadership, self-discovery, and personal growth during a pivotal stage of adolescence. At this age, girls are exploring who they are, what they value, and how they want to make an impact on the world. Through guided reflection, mentorship, and experiential learning, the program empowers girls to recognize their power, understand themselves deeply, and cultivate resilience and passion while taking ownership of their choices and building self-efficacy.

The program encourages girls to embrace their unique purpose, make thoughtful decisions, and lead with empathy and integrity. Girls learn that their voices, talents, and vision are important, and they are supported in developing the confidence and skills to act on their goals—both at school, in their communities, and beyond.
