Pure and Sure Inc. is an all-girls mentoring non-profit organization dedicated to mental wellness through integrating social and emotional learning (SEL) standards and leadership development. Pure and Sure Inc. serves as the hub for Pure and Sure University, our signature pathway that meets every girl exactly where she is, providing the support she needs through our multi-tiered programs.
We are devoted to helping young girls discover who they are and who they can become. From the very beginning, our mission rooted itself in love, belonging, and empowerment. While our logo and visuals may have evolved over time, our heart and commitment have never wavered.

Our Mission

We strive to strengthen emotional well-being, foster resilience, and cultivate leadership from the inside out—so that every girl not only succeeds, but thrives as her most authentic and powerful self.

Our Vision

We support young girls as they transition from grade to grade, experience to experience, and relationship to relationship, never having to navigate these pivotal moments alone.

As a result, she carries herself with honor and grace, making empowered choices and uplifting others along her journey. Our vision is to create a lasting ripple effect in which each girl we serve evolves into a leader who inspires, mentors, and paves the way for those who follow.

OUR CORE VALUES

At Pure and Sure, our values are woven into the fabric of everything we believe, practice, and model. They guide how we show up for one another and shape the experiences we create for every girl we serve. We believe that lasting impact happens when a community is aligned in purpose and grounded in shared principles.

All staff, volunteers, participants, families, and supporters are expected to lead with intention and accountability, grounded in four core values that define who we are and how we operate. These values serve as the foundation for building trust, fostering growth, and cultivating strong, empowered leaders.

We are expected to lead with purpose by understanding the “why” and making intentional choices that align with goals, values, and the future. Purpose means moving with direction and using our gifts to make a meaningful impact

We are expected to lead with love by showing compassion, kindness, and empathy toward ourselves and others we encounter. Love is demonstrated through how we speak, respond, forgive, and how we uplift those around us—even in challenging moments.

We are expected to lead with integrity by doing what is right at all times, even when no one is watching. Integrity means being honest, accountable, and consistent in actions, words, and character.

We are expected to lead with respect by honoring ourselves, others, and our community. Respect includes setting healthy boundaries, valuing differences, and demonstrating professionalism in all spaces.

Through meaningful partnerships with families, schools, and community stakeholders, we listen deeply. Student voices, data, and lived experiences continue to shape our supports so we can respond to the real needs of the girls we serve. Every smile, every breakthrough, every moment of courage reminds us why we’re here: to uplift girls, support their social, emotional, and mental health, and show them that leadership begins within.
